After takeover, AVZ holders took the offer price and walked away

If not, the following factors will be influencing share price:
- Project progress: drilling results, JORC, PFS, DFS (DFS probably won't happen in 12 months;
- Marketing: offtake agreements
- Funding
- Lithium price, battery & EV industry news
And so on.

Most mining juniors discovered a massive deposit, had a stellar run during early stages before the commencement of production, but then most were falling dramatically due to various reasons, common one is excessive debt causing cash flow issue then failed.
FMG, PDN ran from 1c to $10, SIR, SYR, LYC...... all fetched well above $1b during early stages, then followed with tough production issues. Even FMG was experiencing tough time while iron ore price crashed.

I expect avz to be performing very well over coming months as we're at early stage, historical data and first seven hole results derisked a lot, along with strong Chinese interest and upcoming drilling program, should be very promising in near future, imo.
