Competition is good.
Glencore is well established in DRC .
Even with this off take agreement VW still sourcing to secure further supply of cobalt.
VW and CATL have no long term secured supply of lithium.
Yes Chinese miners and links with the EV supply chain in China exist as they maintain control but does not stop VW , Glencore, or Panasonic / Samsung investing as JV Partners within DRC ?
