Capped very hard IMO, some friends I have encouraged to buy AVZ are getting restless and there weak hands will see them miss out IMO , again quoting a great poster on HC “Klause likes to suprise the market” and between ML and KE they will again , Be patient ...have you ever sold a house before ??
