For valuation, various figures have been thrown around.
The 50c would sound 'ridiculous' while our share price was 12.5c just few weeks ago.
But at today's price, the 50c looks more reasonable, imo.

I'd look peers' valuation and take risks into accounts regardless of where our share price is, 50c - $1 range, is a possible offer price from potential suitor(s). If someone were bidding now, we probably get a low ball offer; but if waited for JORC, we are likely to receive a high offer.

That's my assessment based on the info available to me.
