Running Commentary on the SP Movements., page-4892

After reading a lot of comments here on HC day and night, I still have a few questions which any one can help me with.
for starters I am a holder and I would love this to be a TO tomorrow.

What I am unable to understand if 5 players are interested why don't we have that in writing (MOU's) as I assume it would be beneficial for both parties specially the one that's buys out as some suggested CATL (who are doing there 1st IPO), 2ns Huayou (whom many said merger with AVZ the reason for there increased SP) and lastly AVZ because I believe the more they ANN more of MOU's the better the SP and better the TO premium then.

Last of all why are people selling there share's if its that obvious its going to be a TO

I would really appreciate if someone experienced can answer these questions.
