stakx knows AVZ will not produce. He is discussing, or attempting to discuss what a suitor might do on M-K, and therefore what kind of sale price is feasible. Because any suitor needs to factor in capex and opex for revenue flow, and hence how much they are willing to ask for M-K from $AVZ.ax
