If ML's 4.99% shareholding for Player 1 - 5 come true, then how many shares the five players need to buy?

4.99% on undiluted basis, 88m shares x 5 = 440m shares

Based on the broker data, buys via CMC & some Comsec, were far less than 1%...

BTW, my M&A friend just got in touch with AVZ management, it's interesting to see what will happen.
Hope they can turn into Player 6.
