He has finished all his business over there in China & this is consistent with he posted before as "no need to go back again" [I take it as his work is high level stuffs including AVZ introduction, making connection, doing presentation & selling pitch etc]. I guess at current stage, he doesn't need to be involved implies the deal is almost done & the rest of team is there for transaction advisory only His tone in the tweet is very firm, I think he knows the ball park figure already.

The fact that whole team is over there also means this should be a serious & big transaction ! An update should be very close IMO.
