If this 10% goes for a 30% premium on the 15day VWAP to CATL that would be around 0.40cps.
The market goes crazy as now CATL 10% holder in AVZ BUYINg in at a premium.....
BOOM 0.50 before xmas.

AVZ could even give them 15% if at the right premium to match Huayou fully diluted stake thereby putting 2 players on an even playing field providing the stage for bidding war which would really stir the market and sp. AIMHO
