Nothing, just business as usual. Once u list ure public company, same as ali baba. Chinese investors can still buy it as its public. They can takeover it if they want. Simplistically speaking the whole thing is the same just dif country with dif trading rules.
Listing in certain rxchange gives credibility, thats why u see so many scamming chinese company on asx.
