The Company has completed the settlement of the issue and allotment to the Huayou Cobalt Group of 186,000,000 ordinary shares at an issue price of 7 cents per share and 86,000,000 options exercisable at 10 cents on or before 15 April 2019, to raise A$13,020,000, as announced on 10 August 2017
