Can't ignore the games being played here and IMO it's to keep the VWAP down for an impending deal.

There's no way the CIG would outlay US$285 million without having done more diligence than most of us here could ever hope to do.

And surely the CIG would want to be CERTAIN that one of the Chinese 'Players' would benefit from the road.

Capping + $285 million invested in just a road alone = no brainer, IMO.

Back in at $0.245

PS. If the CIG didn't wait for JORC to spend big on a road, why would Players 1-6 wait for a JORC ??!
