This unusual because the sell off come early today.
Chinese want Li that's for sure but they want cheap. Therefore, they come in a group with lots of money and a good plan. They will push SP right down before drilling.
If drilling results are good, then they will TO base on the low SP to save millions.
If drilling results are bad, they can still bargain base on the low SP.
For the road build, it is a good picture but far far away from now. IMO
