I think for TO price, the SP can't be the basis. the offer will be based on a detail calculatio of resource, development cost, risks and the profit which financial provider expect to get..... of course both side needs to do that and then is going to be a negotiation. but as there are more than one bidder, there is much of room for this sort of game.
If they don't take the whole, have to pay more and they may lose their position in the market.

IMO, the SP is not revelent, this is just short term traders eho acheived their target or found another ground to play.... IMO, aall is good and confident to go ahead. just be patient and get rewarded for your Chrismass
