IMO, I believe the TO should be after the further drillings, the results is matter. The Chinese companies will need the solid confirmation of the lithium value. If it is to meet their expectation, the price for taking is not an issue. They have the funds.
This could be a critical strategy, i.e. one stone two birds. First it will resolve the energy issue, second to reduce the pollution.
Today it may be the turning point back to the 30 cents direction.
