Interesting scenario.

I think why it has not happened and won't happen as you fear is that the potential suitors probably know there are blocking stakes built into shareholdings at the upper echelons of the registry as part of the trappings of AVZ. And I don't suggest HuaYou is one of them.

Another scenario: Dathomir's stake 10% and their shares in AVZ probably has to be bought out first.
