I still think the Africans, Europeans, Australians and South Americans should Set up ESR Investment Groups. Investing and Building Lithium processing and Battery manufacturing plants.

Australia has got a couple on the boil. But Id love to see the Manufacturing and Processing jobs and wealth being generated in the Raw materials rich countries.
The old export raw product and not benefit from finished product pricing is poor governing.
