Do I think they will struggle to raise the capital if a TO doesn't eventuate immediately.... actually, yes I do and I also feel it will be at a premium whatever is managed to be raised.

I would expect there would be some serious dilution as it won't be the retail SH'ers that will have deep enough pockets to fund further drilling/further exploration as the dilution will need to offset the much increased sovereign risk.....in the case of a TO doesn't eventuate immediately.

To be honest... many here have already been "sold" the prospect of an imminent takeover and I except many will be (retail Sh'ers which makes most of those posting in here) hoping that as soon as drilling commences and the first core is sent for analysis.... this alone will be the catalyst for either one of Player 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.... (is it up to 7 now??) to make a takeover bid.
In my book, the above para is enough to say the “aces” you say AVZ “may’ be holding…
Well the playing cards have, “Made in China” in small print on the bottom right hand corner of each of those aces..

The problem is they will need lots of lithium and fast. AVZ with it's tin credits will be a bargain for whichever company buys it.

The outlook for lithium seems to get better by the month last estimate was 700,000 tpa. Every month we are seeing forecasts bettered in regard to EV sales.
