AGY was a Coy that was always going to go into production, which could possibly evolve into further returns to SH via dividends down the track for LTH. AVZ was a Coy that was always going to eventually be subject to TO, given the historical management MO of KE. Secure Define & Sell was always the intent, it was never going to be a LTH strategy, with the comparative difference of chalk & cheese to that of AGY.

1 small point, if I may..... the sale of AVZ hasn't been finalised yet and until we get an offer, the rest is just speculation and how can you be so sure AGY will continue to run?

Everyone has their own strategy when it comes to investment, but it sounds like yours needs some refining in understanding the Coy strategy of which you intend to invest in, to avoid making "terrible choices" that end up being a 'Big Mistake" again !!.
