As a suggestion, when you put your BS filters on, it would be best to use correct figures than make your own up and choose to exclude others. Your post did look a little mischievous.
So it's not $265 mil for the roads, it's US$285 and you add the US$45 mil for recommissioning of power. If you make this simple oversights and exclusions, then what other areas have you missed in your quest?
