I respect your view but totally disagree with you. Klaus was being expedient. He saw the sharp sell off on Wall St as a reminder of how quickly sentiment in the market can change. With an expected $6-7M of cash left at the end of the quarter + with cash being king for explorers (given no operational income) he assured the company's future by securing an additional $15M of funds as soon as possible. As for the 25c placement price, that was most likely the prevailing share price when the placement was brokered. Make no mistake, the share price will pick up & we should back in the 30's be March end if not sooner.
