I agree with you, management needs to be held accountable and too many posters are blind and emotionally invested in AVZ. Management's actions has undoubtedly destroyed shareholder wealth.

We are at the CR price now though and with management remuneration tranches at substantially higher prices than we're at now (Admittedly not as high as we would have hoped, making it easy for themselves), there is substantial upside from here and it's pretty much a no-brainer if you can get in <28c.
