I see production by 2019 as someone taking this over and fast tracking the process. Backed up by the quick release of funds for the roading and the fact that avz alone wouldn't be able to get it there.

There may already be offers on the table but we won't hear of this untill it is the final negotiated offer and confirmed 100%. Anything else would spike the price and could ruin the bidding process. All will be very quiet untill one big day in my opinion!

Agreed .... IMO we will see the players all line up & take their position.., miners, processors & manufacturers. The order of operation will be sorted in the soonest possible timeframe, this drilling campaign IMO will mean little very little as they know what's there and won't let it slip by, or let others get in underneath
