Here's the thread I meant.
One suggestion I just thought of is it might be selling into it to see if there is any buying going the other way. After enough consecutive sells and/or enough time passes with no buys, it might conclude there is no buying and decide to hit it hard.
If the 4.2 line gets wiped, that would confirm it to me.
