I reckon this will drift back down 2-5% over the next week or fortnight while they twiddle their thumbs. Only an increased offer or new suitor is going to let this get any higher. See ALU for similar price action since an offer was made.

As for Woolies making a superior offer here, I'm pretty sure the supermarket giants aren't allowed to operate the chemist distribution warehouses due to govt regulations. I read that many moons ago, so I stand to be corrected there.
