The market is waiting on a well overdue signal from management which would change the trend line and bring in that volume, sitting in a frighteningly oversold position it'll run very quickly if the right deal occurs Imo. CN has done it before.
Anyone who's thinking a future CR is available sub 3.0c is delusional.
