    4+ years of this, 3 or 4 dilutions along the way and it’s 1.5c
    In my industry of Oil/Gas we change leadership every 18months, this in my view is to eliminate leadership going stale, an idea drought and inaction setting in.

    I’m just saying there are lots of talented people out there,

    This sector is supposed to be really hot.
