Although there has been a gradual decline in the stock since January and a complete lack of buyers prepared to bid up the price, there always seems to be someone there waiting in the wings to pick up the sales and then to refill the order.
Seems to me that someone is quietly accumulating at these fire sale prices.
I am wondering who it is.
