I would bet someone elses left one it is Smegsy.
They do run a tight ship, although they have been telling us....
Last fundraising was done without halt, was bowled over in 1 day.
If you read 'A shop brimful of goodies' April 05 (a GOG sales spiel to tell us to be patient), "...the company is confident that the $3.538 million cash in hand at the end of the December 2004 quarter will see it through its commitments for this calendar year..."
EPE would not need to go on halt as they are not a big player in it, also as mentioned it has been on the cards.
I would be surprised if its EP27, something would be coming from OEX, (it is a big play for them).
Oilex farmin was announced without halt also.
Ian has been saying it will happen...
Thus I think it would be a reasonable guess to bank on Smegsy.
