If they try a hostile TO snd offer lates 20s they have had it as the SP will shoot to 27 and mgmt will reject and rightly advise its worth 50c. They know this . If they want a statement of arrangement where mgmt agrees the TO they want at least 50c. Anybody willing to vote for less than 50c now ? Don’t confuse reality of TO mechanism with sickengly low current SP. if you think that 27c is good then remind yourself of what your selling ... the Saudi Arabia of lithium available in tin barrels and tantaliim stoppers . Disruption may be slow but it’s not called disruption for nothing , it’s a mind blowingly change to world order and the buyers know it and are very much planning to be at the centre of it as well as all around it if not becoming the embodiment of the disruption . No ... I think 70 c is cheap at half the price .
