This won't be getting any offers at 50c or 70c IMO or any other pie in the sky amount, the ex director knows this, some are just late to grasp onto reality, and MOU's are not worth the paper they are written on either, Understandings are just that, not to be taken as literal and formal offtake agreements between two parties. AVZ have a feasibility to complete showing full costs to build, extract, deliver, which and at this stage may be be deemed uneconomical and worthless. There will be no offers or takeovers or anything of this nature until economicas are worked out to satisfy any pending purchaser, and even then, reliance on road building and power are the known unknowns which makes the project very high risk.
They may get some form of JV partner, but I have a full takeover at odds of 100/1 and drifting.
