    I've been watching AVZ for months only jumped In last week my data sudgests JV and or TO is a definite possibility however I do agree with your comments about TO SP analysis it's not likely to be high.
    I was in AGO pre takeover my data and analytics lead me to believe TO was imminent then and was proven correct.
