Mmmm I was once an MCT holder biggest Zinc deposit in the world. The major difference is 4 MOU's with multiple site visits. Infrastructure upgrades to the tune of 300mill Fair to say that it's a pretty big commitment for nothing, pretty confident no savvy investor would splash cash for a road to no where. BB
