can we geneuinely stop commenting on the likelihood of old mate andrew dropping 11m of avz willy nilly as a genuine thought.

placing an incessant amount of stock at a hIgh levee to prevent shorting by brokerages would have to be the absolute most ridiculous thing I've read on hc for a long time.

    1) if there was any logic to that then why doesn't every single stock have their entire registry at some stupid level above the sell price? they don't because if anything it just makes the s/p look worse.

    2) claiming it prevents shorts is pretty counter intuitive. if you're bullish about the stock surely lower prices mean further accumulation opportunities as the "shorters" sell it into your hand.

    3) is one of the lowest shorted stocks in terms of volume and percentage of volume shorted. it's usually less than .1% on any given trading day. preventIng a Short wIth 13m is pissant play when the registry is multiples of that.

if the blokes genuine, then he's just generally got no clue, bit of cash. but no clue.

much more likely someone who wants to be seen as a big wig and applauded by community he doesnt know. the comments are minutes after the orders are placed and pulled.

if he really wanted to make any impact on the s/p validating his holdings would make a lot more people take notice of his opinion. for now, it's bottom of the barrel.

Back to avz if we will.
This mornings movements, felt a little bit like early leaky ship sort of action. it's not unusual for avz to have its good and bad days. but highly unusual for buy volume to come that strong, that early in the day, mid week, for no foreseable tech reason, under no announcement etc etc

very interested to see what this week and Monday morn holds.
