Amazing that we live in a world where one can be sued for words posted on a 'tweet'.
Not wanting to de-rail the thread but it so sad to see this as it really is the first signs of loosing our freedom of speech. Twitter is not an official platform for factual information, we need to break free from this market dynamic of wild price swings due to unverified information posted on Twitter. Investment decisions should always be made on publicly released information from official representatives disclosing the information, everything else is just manipulation.
Shame on MIN. Shame on ML.
