A takeover just ain’t going to happen overnight. The buyer would be progressing the project through to mining so they’ll want to ensure they have the necessary approvals from the DRC heirachy. They’ll also need certainuty that road, power and other infrastructure are all going to happen or they have funds / backing to cover it. Hence why it taking longer that expected perhaps for an offer?
