As @Haplo said, its going to be more than just a SS when it drops, so imo its worth the wait. I take great assurance form the fact, while waiting is frustrating, boxes continue to be ticked by mgt, and by all accounts, you don't continue doing that that at your expense, if you are not expecting an positive outcome irrespective what that may be.
