Running discussion on SP, page-1108

Full disclosure I'm not an AVZ expert (poster)as I am only a recent holder..
Who is going to fund the.. surrounding roads ..upgrade to bridges ..airstrip ..future water requirements.. Are the Chinese already doing this...I feel as though AVZ are not financially capable of taking this to production and want a takeover..A few of them seem to be busy with other projects too..call me naive I'm just curious..
