IMHO any investment decision cant be made in just several hours of realsing the SS - especially for large funds

The drop was purely caused by those short-term investors who implements "Sell the Ann" strategy and triggered somebody's stop losses. It was plain to me that the sell came right after the ann release was the original plan despite the announcement's content

It's worth noting that the estimated transportation cost is $220USD without considering Tin credits..
still looking to be an economical project to me..
