guys I am gona say NO to any performance script.
As Shareholders we also need to make money and most of us wont make it unless it is in 40's/50's assuming we all have 20-30c avg.
so let set targets based on increasing value for everyone and get some along the way.
otherwise they are getting paid to do the job.
