    I can’t see how an offtake / investment could be announced anytime soon. The flag was NF buying shares, he can’t do that if he’s aware of something like that happening.

    If an offer hasn’t been made yet but is received, reviewed, accepted and announced before the AGM then we will all complain that it wasn’t the best offer.
