I understand your sentiments Super Yacht however I will point out if I may, that if you do not incentivise your executive team appropriately you will end up with a sub standard team. This will result in a shabbily run team and possibly achieve sub par results due to lack of experience/acumen etc. I live in Perth and have some exposure to corporate salaries and incentives here and can assure you what is on offer to AVZ executive is no big deal. What is it exactly that the current management have done so wrong and have them quaking in their boots because you "will be watching them very closely indeed" ?
