If they actually received those takeover offers, they would have been announcing them. This is a company built on social media pumping, they would have jumped at the opportunity to flaunt legit offers multiples of the current share price. If they did announce that, they would have to actually back it up though.

Companies regularly say "oh we have been getting takeover offers" or "offtake discussions are progressing!" then just simply hide behind confidentiality as the reason to not have to provide evidence that it is anything but calculated, bollocks promotion.

The pending CR (just like the one at 25 cents when everyone was still waiting on easter eggs) really just shows there aren't parties that interested here.
