    Moving and operating rigs in the rainy season and during election may have been already mentioned . Maybe time delays more strategic than you think. The mgmt have shown their strategic thinking and clever moves consistently over time - I don’t believe this has ever ceased - the evidence is plain to see to anyone who cares to look and think a little . Hard I know when the sp is being gleefully trashed . AIMHO
