With options coming in at 10c it would be logical for hyaou to launch a TO at 12-14c range. I AM NOT SAYING this is good but with such depression of the sp and the Chinese dominating the Drc it seems like if there is any confidence in them about the future prospects of the project that this will be owned by the Chinese without any constraints that the asx brings.
