However I anticipate that at the end of this year (or early 2020 at the latest) management will apply for a 30-year exploitation permit (mining lease) renewable for successive periods of 15 years (see below link)
i.e. once the DFS is complete and the project is fully funded. The application process usually takes ~3 months, but there have been cases where it has been pushed through as quickly as 60 days.

Also, the recent cap raise should be enough to fund the company until the DFS is complete, and a reasonable expectation IMO is for an early OT prepayment (my preference for the next round of funding) to have been secured by then.
