No TO for AVZ will be coming. Prospective parties had plenty of time bringing these offers to the table. Accumulation has not happened given the very low volumes being traded. While the world recognises the size of the resource it is not needed at this point. Existing mines, in stable locations, can easily be extended which is what is happening already. In a decade or so if there was a shortage then interested parties might consider a mine in the DRC. Till that time its a stranded resorted IMO.
