Purely speculating - But we know AVZ leaks as seen by the rise prior to the SS release. There has to be further information coming regarding funding or offtake or JV or something along those lines.
I thought 8c post SS would have been a fair rise (still not there obviously) but this sort of buying is indicating something different is going on behind the scenes??
