My personal ball park TO price, be very conservative and realistic at current stage, would be 1% of in-ground value of the JORC resource only, implies around ~USD$500m, about 28c/share.
Given Tianqi Lithium was happy to pay US$4.1b for 23.77% of SQM. I think that price is not unrealistic.

BUT, but, this is just my personal view.
As you are aware, I might be happy to say Yes to 15c for my parcel.
