Haven’t kept a close eye on AVZ since bottom drawing it however can anyone remind, or correct me, what the deal was with Patterson’s getting a bunch of options if the price got 75% or so above CR price?
what were the specifics around that, or did I misread it?

my thoughts surrounding the recent price action is it’s one of three scenarios:
1) big player positioning for HTO (likely huayou if so)
2) big player taking a new position (e.g a CATL)
3) big player playing retails, know the history of emotions surrounding the stock and spread/fuel TO rumours (likely a Pattos to make most of the shares/options they received)

likely find out if 1/2 come Monday or Tuesday with announcements. If no announcements regarding substantial holders I dare say the third option is likely.

the biggest key factor here is the volume... after today it’s what... 500m+ traded in like 3 days?
